- Large lettuce leaves, such as butter lettuce or romaine
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced red onion
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Sliced avocado
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the pork shoulder pieces, spice mixture, orange juice, lime juice, and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir to coat the pork evenly with the spices and juices.
