Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 6 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

  8. Drizzle the spinach with lemon juice and toss to combine.
  9. Once the spinach is done cooking, remove it from the heat.
  10. Serve the pork chops hot with the sautéed spinach.
