  • 4 Cod filets
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the melted butter on both sides of the cod filets.
  4. Dip each filet into the Parmesan mixture, pressing the mixture onto the filets so it sticks.
  5. Place the filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your low-carb baked cod with Parmesan crust!

Note: You can also add some lemon juice or fresh herbs like parsley or dill on top of the fish before serving.
