Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 5½ oz Pork belly – cubed
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp White pepper ground
- 6 stalks Broccolini
- ¼ cup Tamari Sauce
- 1 bunch of Bok Choy
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Over high heat, place a wok or sizable saucepan. Add in the pork belly and sesame oil. Cook the pork, frequently tossing, until it gets brown and crispy.
- Mix in the garlic powder and pepper before adding the broccolini. Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce and bok choy.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bok choy softens.
- Serve and top with sesame seeds.
