We can all agree that rising to fame can be a little difficult, but let us all learn from her mistake.

An artist has asserted on social media that Taylor Swift stole the creative thoughts she developed in her “The Eras Tour” performance. She said in a video that was uploaded to TikTok but has since been removed that the musical style of the American singer-songwriter was similar to that of some of her own work.

The “small artist” acknowledged that she does not know how to handle the claimed plagiarism in the future and that she does not know how to cope with it. In fact, this person is Ana Marie Tendler, the ex-wife of John Mulaney. She expressed her thoughts regarding the stage design of the “Bad Blood” singer to her followers on TikTok.

She starts the short video by showcasing footage that fans took during Taylor’s “The Eras tour.” In the clip, the singer can be seen cleaning a kitchen table while wearing an orange outfit. “Taylor, my girl,” begins the artist.

“For those who designed Taylor’s tour, this tolerated setup clearly resembles one of my images in terms of tonality and aesthetics,” she continued. “I’m not entirely convinced that this is parallel thinking.”

I’m a little independent artist trying to make a living from my artwork.” Ana then concluded the now-deleted TikTok video by stating, “I don’t know what to do about this; perhaps someone can assist me.

While the video has been removed from the platform, many have already been aware. They have expressed their disapproval of the claim.

On March 18, 2023, the clip reappeared on Reddit, and hundreds of Swifties have already weighed in on the topic. Tendler’s remark read: “Hi! This was meant to be a joke. Most of my videos are jokes or satire! When I realized it wasn’t landing as a joke I deleted it. Didn’t mean offense.

This kind of accusation and offense was not made for the first time, as former Blur vocalist Damon Albarn recently stated that Taylor did not compose her own songs in the year 2022. In January 2022, Damon Albarn, the co-founder of Gorillaz and Blur’s main vocalist, remarked to the Los Angeles Times that he accidentally stated that Taylor Swift does not write her own songs.

This ludicrous assertion was made by Damon when the reporter inquired as to whether or not he believed that contemporary musicians relied purely on sound and attitude. When the interviewer mentioned that Taylor co-wrote several of her songs, Albarn replied, “That doesn’t count. I am familiar with co-writing. Co-writing is quite distinct from writing.”

Taylor Swift’s tweet in response to Damon Albarn: “I was your admirer until I saw this. I compose EVERY one of my own songs. Your opinion is utterly wrong and incredibly harmful. It’s not required that you appreciate my songs, but it’s extremely messed up to attempt to invalidate my writing. WOW.”
