There is no perfect age or time to pursue something we want, and this woman just proves it.

Wendy Williams is selling off her personal belongings in her New York City apartment. The former daytime talk show host was rumored to have discussed a move to Los Angeles with her friends in the coming weeks, but a source tells multiple news outlets that she will not follow through.

“She asked how to sell her belongings with ‘The Real Real,’ but I don’t believe she’s moving to Los Angeles,” a source said. “She appears to be ill.”

Among the many items up for grabs from her $3 million penthouse apartment is her beloved purple recliner from her controversial “Hot Topics” segment, as reported. According to the source, other items include her furniture and eclectic home décor items featured during lockdown when she filmed her show at home.

This comes days after the 58-year-old actress hinted that she is working on several projects, including a potential reality program. Contrary to a recent report, it was verified that the star’s highly anticipated podcast was not canceled before its debut.

“We continue to labor behind the scenes on multiple projects.” Williams’ publicist Shawn Zanotti revealed that the podcast has yet to be officially canceled. It has been a difficult few months for the television star since she returned to rehab for substance addiction issues in September 2022, as reported at the time.

She reported being better than ever after nearly two months of treatment at an undisclosed facility. We are pleased to report that Wendy Williams is home and recovering after spending the month of August in a wellness facility,” her representative said at the time.

Wendy is enthusiastic about the road ahead and eager to release her numerous initiatives. Williams was recently observed drinking in various New York City hotspots, including Fresco by Scotto and the gay bar The Townhouse, according to sources.

Williams was observed filming a mystery project at the Italian restaurant Fresco by Scotto, presumably mixing business with pleasure. “She had a large crew that essentially transformed Fresco by Scotto into a movie set… approximately thirty people. Lights, cameras, audio, producers, etc., it appeared to be a reality show,” an anonymous source shared.

One of the scenes involved Wendy dining with a friend and Wendy entering the dining room waving at all the guests, with her big personality, as if they were extras in her movie.
