Hell is not over yet from her prison to her home.

The federal government desires to seize the jewelry of disgraced “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah as part of her forfeiture obligation. The reality star consented to pay $6.5 million from the illegal proceeds of her telemarketing scheme, which she ran from 2012 to 2021, as part of her guilty plea agreement.

Authorities have been unable to locate the assets Shah purchased with cash. Still, they did procure a diamond-encrusted silver bracelet. In addition, they discovered an 18-karat rose gold and diamond pendant.

The Department of Homeland Security wants to confiscate the remainder of Shah’s jewelry to satisfy her forfeiture obligation. The filing did not include prices for the items being sought. Since reporting to Bryan Federal Prison Camp (BFC), the 49-year-old disgraced Bravolebrity’s sentence has been reduced by one year.

At her January hearing, Shah apologized to older people and her family members whom she had harmed. “My actions have harmed innocent individuals. I would like to apologize to all of the victims and their families,” Shah said before promising to compensate the casualties. She has already begun repaying the $6,500,000 she owes.

Last week, Shah’s representative verified that she had begun paying restitution to those she defrauded. The representative shared, “I spoke with my client Jen Shah over the phone this week; she is doing well and remains committed to making her victims whole.

As we previously reported, Shah possessed over thirty counterfeit luxury handbags and approximately forty counterfeit luxury jewelry pieces. Among the counterfeit goods, predominantly produced in China, were purses designed to resemble those of luxury labels such as Balenciaga, Chanel, Fendi, Gucci, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, and Valentino.

The inventory of fake jewelry included imitations of Bulgari, Chanel, Cartier, Dior, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. Authentic luxury accouterments and jewelry from Yves Saint Laurent, Versace, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Prada were interspersed with the fakes, as were items from her castmate Meredith Marks’ brand.

The federal government seized all of the items during a raid on the personality’s residence in March 2021 as part of an investigation into her fraud case.
