Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into a 1 1/2-inch ball.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or toppings, such as marinara or grated parmesan cheese.
