- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into a 1 1/2-inch ball.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or toppings, such as marinara or grated parmesan cheese.
