Ingredients

  • 4 Swordfish steaks
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
