Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced red bell pepper in the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return the pork to the skillet and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger powder. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated.
