Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
  2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced red bell pepper in the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Return the pork to the skillet and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger powder. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated.
