It appeared like all of their family members didn’t have good behavior left within them.
Savannah Chrisley, who is well-known for her work on “Chrisley Knows Best,” claims Southwest Airlines wrongfully labeled her an “unruly passenger” and kicked her off a flight after she refused to check her carry-on luggage.
The daughter of reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley immediately took to social media to express her disappointment and anger towards the airline. “Alright, guys, so I officially know why everyone hates Southwest so much. I mean, absolutely hates it — the worst thing in the entire world,” she began in a video posted to her Instagram stories.
“This man right here … um, awful. I went to board my flight to get on, and he told me that I had to check my bag. I was like, ‘Okay, if you wouldn’t mind, I’m gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can’t make it fit, and if not, I’ll check it,’” she continued as she zoomed in to the said man.
However, the airline employee refused to let Savannah take her carry-on bag on the flight once more and called her an “unruly passenger” when she protested. A pilot then intervened and calmed down the situation by finding a place for her bag on the plane.
“The Southwest attendant literally looked at the pilot — the man who is flying our plane and is responsible for our safety, the most important person in the airline — and said, ‘Stay out of it … ma’am, you’re not flying on this flight.’”
At the same time, the reality TV personality admitted that she had called him an insulting term. She then made an attempt to explain that she had to go to pick up her 10-year-old niece, but the staffer was unmoved.
Despite the incident, Savannah somehow made a way to make the situation light as she mentioned that she found the pilot of the flight to be attractive. Later, Chrisley revealed further facts from the altercation in another Instagram Story.
“In case another story comes out after he told me he didn’t care if I got home to my 10-year-old … I told him that I hope he finds a better purpose for his life. Maybe I shouldn’t have said it, but the devil came over me, and Jesus did not come out,” she concluded.
As of this writing, Southwest Airlines has not yet released any statements regarding the incident.
