In the third season of Vanderpump Rules, while Stassi is no longer a SURver when she returns from living in New York, she still despises Scheana. Her ex-boyfriend Jax had a nose job while she was away, and Kristen started dating James Kennedy, a new British busboy. It soon becomes clear that Kristen is still in love with her ex Tom despite her best efforts to damage his relationship with Ariana. As they say, when one door closes, another does for Kristen, whose termination from SUR is due to shouting at a manager.

Episode 1: Instaflight
In the season’s first episode, Stassi returns from New York to find everything has changed between her and her former friends. However, Lisa Vanderpump still retains control over everything at SUR. Jax is getting ready for reconstructive surgery, Scheana is organizing the ideal birthday party, and Tom Sandoval and Ariana start dating. However, when Kristen discovers a startling secret, everything is jeopardized.
Episode 2: All Fired Up
As she prepares to build her biggest restaurant yet, Lisa must punish the SUR employees severely for their despicable actions during Scheana’s birthday celebration. Jax tries to choose honestly between his two girlfriends but discovers that being truthful has its drawbacks. Tom Schwartz receives coaching from Stassi on how to woo Lisa into giving him a fair chance at his new position at PUMP.
Episode 3: Grand Opening and Closure
Lisa struggles to make the PUMP grand opening a tremendous success after running over the budget and past schedule. When Stassi confronts Scheana about her derogatory tweets, Scheana argues that she was merely retweeting what someone else had already said. Kristen is looking for closure with Tom Sandoval, but seeing Ariana take her place makes her experience her deepest emotions for him.
Episode 4: Jax "Nose" Best
At a party in Hollywood, Stassi reconnected with the SUR group, but Scheana and Kristen prevented her from having a joyous homecoming. When Jax has a traumatic nose job, he discovers who his true pals are. Katie and Lisa Vanderpump are enraged when Tom Schwartz leaves his career at PUMP due to a panic attack.
Episode 5: In the Doghouse
Following their suspensions, Tom Sandoval and Kristen Sandoval rejoin SUR. To put off talking about getting married to Katie, Tom Schwartz adopts a puppy. Jax, however, spreads allegations that Katie had an affair, putting their relationship to the test. Additionally, Lisa offers Stassi a unique chance to dress her for a cover picture session, making both ladies feel unappreciated.
Episode 6: Kiss and Tell
Tom Schwartz might be having an affair with Katie, according to Kristen. When Katie questions the SUR employees about Schwartz’s fidelity, she learns more than anticipated. Lisa hosts the “50 Gay Mayors” event at PUMP.
Episode 7: New Girl, Old Grudges
With Gay Pride approaching, Lisa employs a new hostess named Vail, who captures Jax’s eye right once. Stassi criticizes Tom Schwartz for continuing to be friends with Jax, but Schwartz believes that only her ex-boyfriend is the target of her rage. James is under pressure from Kristen’s continued fixation on Tom and Ariana.
Episode 8: Mind the Jax
Jax chases Vail, the new SUR hostess, but gets mired in deception about his existing partner. Before Scheana’s bachelorette party in Miami, James tries to make amends with Tom Sandoval, but they cannot get over Kristen’s ongoing fascination. To save their love, Katie and Tom seek out couples counseling.
Episode 9: What Happens in San Diego...
Stassi wants to skip Scheana’s bachelorette party in Miami, even though Lisa tells her to invite Katie and Stassi. The boys have a VIP weekend in San Diego thanks to Jax’s girlfriend Tiffany, but after a night of drinking and vice, Tom Sandoval accuses Jax of going too far.
Episode 10: Bachelorette Beach Party
The SUR crew puts their disagreements aside to enjoy Scheana’s bachelorette party in Miami with a lot of alcohol, sand, and sun. Jax is pursuing Vail, but Tom Sandoval exposes him for his lying and womanizing behavior. When a PUMP manager resigns, Lisa turns to her daughter Pandora, the only person she knows who can step into the crucial position.
Episode 11: Tears Over Miami
At Scheana’s Miami Beach bachelorette party, Jax runs into an old friend, leading the group to speculate that Jax may be concealing information about his past sexual activities. Tom Sandoval begs Kristen, inconsolably, to quit bothering Ariana, while Lisa confronts Stassi about excluding Katie from her life.
Episode 12: A Stand Against Stassi
Stassi won’t accept Katie’s apology for attending Scheana’s bachelorette party, so Katie must decide whether to fight for their relationship or break up with Stassi. Vail flirts with Peter, who interprets it for interest and invites her out on a date that rapidly gets awkward. To end Tom Sandoval’s romance with Ariana, Kristen makes contact with the woman he is said to have cheated on her.
Episode 13: Miami Vices
When Kristen ambushes Tom Sandoval with the woman he supposedly slept with in Miami, it causes havoc at SUR. In front of the people, Scheana explodes at Kristen for her behavior. Following Miami Girl’s interruption, Lisa acts quickly to maintain SUR and correct her team. With Stassi gone, Katie acclimates to life.
Episode 14: Judgement Day
After confronting Kristen about her disdain towards management, Lisa makes a definitive choice regarding her employment status at SUR. Katie receives a startling revelation from Tom Schwartz regarding the past. Scheana debates inviting Kristen to her wedding or not.
Episode 15: For Better or Worse
For Scheana’s wedding, the SUR team gathers, but Scheana loses it as the perfect day turns into a nightmare. James challenges Kristen about her ongoing fixation on Tom Sandoval. Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, and Jax argue about the benefits of marriage.
Episode 16: Ring on a String
When Scheana’s idealistic wedding-day plan goes awry, she loses it. When Kristen and James argue at the reception, she fulfills everyone’s worst fears. Tom Schwartz makes a bad situation worse by causing Katie to cry with his apologies present.
Episode 17: Jax Cracks
Jax struggles to be Tom’s loyal friend, but Stassi shows Kristen how to get Jax to confess Tom’s suspected infidelity. To fix their relationship, James apologizes to Kristen. Lisa and Lance Bass organize a dog adoption event at PUMP.
Episode 18: Dethroned
In the Season 3 finale, Tom Sandoval confronts Jax about stabbing him in the back, which makes the annual photo session for SUR awkward. While Tom Sandoval and Ariana take their relationship to a new level, Katie urges Tom Schwartz to act in their relationship. Despite agreeing to Lisa’s invitation to the restaurant’s anniversary celebration, Stassi finds the thought of returning to SUR more stressful than sentimental.

In the second part of the Vanderpump Rules Reunion, Lisa and the SUR team discuss their problems with Stassi with Andy Cohen.
